Water damage affects the structure and contents of buildings and even more relevant is the fact that it also impacts public health if restoration techniques are not performed in the correct manner.  There are many ways in which we can be impacted by said damage, from a big storm where a tree breaks open the roof of your home to a small leak in the bathroom that you haven’t paid attention to or even seen.
